PRE-PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS

In accordance with the provisions of the country's Academic Regulations, students must complete pre-professional internship hours and community service practice hours in order to graduate.

Community Service

Pre-Professional Internships in Real-World Contexts:

These are training activities carried out by students within a real work environment (such as a company or institution), where they apply their knowledge and skills in authentic professional situations.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Make the internship fee payment ($30.00) to the Institute’s bank accounts.
  2. Access the procedures and requests section in the SGA system.
  3. VALIDATION OF PRE-PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS IN REAL-WORLD CONTEXTS.
  4. Attach the payment receipt to the request and wait for the invoice issued by the finance department.
  5. Register through https://ruedge.ister.edu.ec/vinculacion/convocatoriasppp/by uploading the invoice issued by the finance department as proof of internship fee payment.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The scholarship students are exempt from paying the internship fee and must complete the process starting from the quinto paso. fifth step.

Therefore, it will not be necessary to attach the invoice; students will only need to complete the required fields in the corresponding form.

The Internship Placement Module is designed to manage and publish professional internship opportunities provided by companies that maintain active agreements with the institution.

  • Anexar Récord Académico (Descargarse del SGA) y comprobante de pago del derecho de prácticas $30,00.
  • Students must have a grade average of 9 or higher to participate in the validation of Pre-Professional Internships through Research Assistantship.Select 78 more words to run Humanizer.

Dirigida para estudiantes que trabajan en una empresa pública o privada o tiene un emprendimiento y cumple actividades relacionadas a la carrera que estudia.

IMPORTANTE: La Validación de Prácticas Pre Profesionales por Experiencia Laboral es la única que valida las horas de prácticas pre profesionales y las horas de Prácticas de Servicio Comunitario.

EVALUACIÓN POR EMPRENDIMIENTO

EVALUACIÓN POR EMPRESA FORMAL

  1. EMPRESA FORMAL (Público o Privado)

    1. Solicitud de validación dirigida al Coordinador de la Carrera.
    2. Certificado Laboral emitido por la empresa en hoja membretada con tiempo de trabajo, cargo que ocupa (mínimo seis meses) y actividades que desempeña.
    3. Copy of tax identification (RUC). de la empresa en caso de ser empresas privadas.
    4. Formato 02: EVALUACIÓN DE VALIDACIÓN DE PRÁCTICA PRE PROFESIONAL - TUTOR(A) ACADÉMICO(A) que es el coordinador o un docente de la carrera - EMPRESA FORMAL, el estudiante debe llenar solo hasta el numeral dos.
    5. Resumen mecanizado del IESSo mínimo seis facturas por servicios profesionales o rol de pagos certificados. Si no dispone de alguno de estos documentos no es posible validar practicas por experiencia laboral ya que no hay un documento que sustente su validación.
  1. Solicitud de validación dirigida al Coordinador de la Carrera.
  2. Certificado de un cliente del emprendimiento, certificando que el estudiante fue proveedor de servicio o producto.
  3. Formato 02: EVALUACIÓN DE VALIDACIÓN DE PRÁCTICA PRE PROFESIONAL -TUTOR (A) ACADEMICO (A) - EMPRENDIMIENTO. solo llenar hasta el numeral 2. (Formato descargarse del sga)
  4. Copia del RUC o RIMPE del emprendimiento a nombre del estudiante; operando mínimo de seis meses.
  5. Declaraciones del SRI, Impuesto a la renta e impuesto valor agregado del último semestre o facturas-recibos emitidos.
  6. La única opción de Validación de Prácticas Pre Profesionales en la que se valida la totalidad de las horas incluidas las horas de prácticas pre profesionales laborales y de trabajo comunitario es la validación por experiencia laboral.

The estudiantes becados (Futuro Femenino) están exentos del pago del derecho de prácticas y no ingresan su documentación mediante el SGA.

La presentación de esta documentación deberá enviarse al correo practicas@ister.edu.ec, del 20 de abril al 19 de junio de 2026, indicando que es estudiante becario, por lo que ingresa por este medio su informe junto con los requisitos correspondientes.
