Academic Requirements

Minimum GPA: A minimum academic average is required (8/10, 9/10, or 10/10).
English language proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate at least an intermediate (B1) level of English.

Documentation Requirements

Valid passport:Must remain valid for at least six months beyond the end date of the exchange program.

If the exchange program exceeds six months, the following documents must be obtained:

Student visa (F-1 or J-1): Must be processed through a U.S. Embassy or Consulate with the following documentation:
DS-160 Form (visa application).
Form I-20 (issued by the U.S. host institution).
Proof of SEVIS fee payment (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System).
Financial documentation demonstrating the ability to cover all program-related expenses.

Financial Requirements

Scholarships or financial aid: Applicants must meet the specific eligibility criteria established for each funding opportunity.

Mobility Opportunities for Faculty

International health insurance: Mandatory for most programs.
Medical examinations: Vaccination records or specific health screenings may be required.
