This program aims to prepare highly skilled professionals in the field of gastronomic innovation by equipping them with advanced knowledge, specialized technical expertise, and strong entrepreneurial competencies. La maestría está dirigida a profesionales que tengan el título de tercer nivel tecnológico superior universitario, preferentemente en el campo detallado de hotelería y gastronomía, y para profesionales Ttechnological Universitarios de otros campos del conocimiento con experiencia de un año a fin al campo detallado del programa, debidamente registrado por el órgano rector de la política pública de educación superior, y cumplir con el proceso de admisión establecido en el programa al que postula. En el caso de que el título de tercer nivel tecnológico superior universitario sea obtenido en el exterior, el estudiante para inscribirse en el programa deberá presentarlo a la IES debidamente apostillado o legalizado por vía consular
